Apples to Apples
First step in helping others is to recognize you have cycles of your own to break. Remember the beam and mote? Can't help someone with a mote in their eye if you have a beam blocking your vision.
No one is perfect. And if you feel like your superior to someone else, it means its actually the opposite. Armchair warriors are a great example of this, yelling at a player on the field. Pretty ironic they're telling the player to do something they themselves can't do. And it seems the more they can't do it, the more they think the player should....
So let's make this apples to apples. All of us have ways to cope when life goes south.
