Steak with Greek Salad--Chris Heria
6 oz sirloin steak season with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder 2 cups spinach ½ cup onion ¼ cup tomato 1 cup cucumber 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice ½ oz feta cheese 5 olives Bring pan to 'perfect heat', rub seasoning into steak to help absorb, or day before, season steak and put in fridge overnight spray pan with avocado spray, and saute onions put steak on pan—fry each side –3 minutes for raw, 4 for medium, 5 for well done combined Protein Pasta & Chicken--Chris Heria
2 oz dry protein pasta avocado spray 1 clove garlic 6 oz chicken breast 1 tbsp basil 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 2 cups spinach Boil water, boil protein pasta 7 minutes In hot pan, saute garlic in avocado spray season chicken and saute with garlic, when fully cooked add basil, stir a few times and transfer to plate with pasta, sprinkle on parmesan, in hot pan, now saute spinach, season and serve to side of pasta |
Open Tuna Sandwich--Chris Heria
2 slices Dave's killer bread 2 cans tuna ¼ cup onion 1 tbsp mustart 1 tbsp chives ¼ c cilantro 1 tbsp light mayo 1 tbsp squeezed lemon ¼ cup celery Combine tuna mix and top on toasted bread Baked Chicken Wings--Chris Heria
5 chicken wings with skins on lemon and pepper seasoning 6 oz celery 1 tbsp light ranch preheat oven to 400º season chicken, don't forget sea salt and pepper, rub it in place on foil on a pan and put in oven for 15 minutes, flip over, cook again for 15 minutes serve with celery and 1 tbsp lite ranch ( or 3 tbsp yogurt based ranch) Baked Sweet Potato Chicken Breast--Chris Heria
8 oz sweet potato (leave on skin) 6 oz chicken breast 1 tbsp chives 1 tbsp sour cream or 4 tbsp plain greek yogurt mixed with ¼ tsp vinegar, ¼ tsp lemon, pinch of salt 2 tbsp parmesan Wrap sweet potato in foil and bake at 400º for 1/2 hour (me--cut in half, spray with avocado oil, add salt, then place face down on pan, then cook 1/2 hour) Chop chicken into pieces, season Fry on hot pan Serve as filling for sweet potato Top with sour cream, chives, and parmasan |
