Smoothies
I prefer smoothies. Don't get me wrong, juicing is awesome. But I use juices for quick health boosts and detoxing.
I prefer smoothies because:
1) a blender is so much easier to clean than a juicer
2) I keep all the fiber in my diet
There are some exceptions to this, which I detail under juicing, but for daily health support, I do smoothies. Below are my three favorite.

Juicing is, in my experience, the quickest way to get your health back. I watched my son's PKU liver go from crippled to fully functional within a week. Surprise, surprise, the doctors thought the first test was incorrectly administered, because there's no way test results could change like that, especially since PKU is considered a genetic disorder instead of a nutritional deficiency. But I watched my baby son go from yellow tinted skin and unfocused eyes to clear skin and focused eyes. Since my son was to young to juice, I did the juice fast, drinking nothing but dandelion greens for a week. My skin was glowing by the end of the week.
