Smoothies
I prefer smoothies. Don't get me wrong, juicing is awesome. But I use juices for quick health boosts and detoxing.
I prefer smoothies because:
1) a blender is so much easier to clean than a juicer
2) I keep all the fiber in my diet
There are some exceptions to this, which I detail under juicing, but for daily health support, I do smoothies. Below are my three favorite.

Juicing is, in my experience, the quickest way to get your health back. I watched my son's PKU (liver with missing enzymes that cannot breakdown protein properly) go from crippled to fully functional within a week. I don't want to be disrespectful of Western Medicine. Had Humpty Dumpty fallen in our day, they COULD'VE put him together again. I love the marvels Western Medicine is able to achieve.
But they underestimate the body's ability to heal, and they underestimate the impact of diet.
So, it's no surprise, that when doctors saw the results, they thought the first test was incorrectly administered, because there's no way test results could change like that. Especially since PKU is considered a genetic disorder instead of a nutritional deficiency. But I watched my baby son go from yellow tinted skin and unfocused eyes to clear skin and focused eyes. Since my son was to young to juice, I did the juice fast, drinking nothing but dandelion greens for a week. My skin was glowing by the end of the week.
